Amidst the massive love the LP presidential candidate, HE Peter Obi received in Enugu State yesterday, it is worthy to note how PO’s campaign has been going on — classy and full of energy. His recent town hall meetings with Nigerian students further illustrate how committed he is to build a Nigeria that will draw strength for innovations, technology, security, economic growth and financial stability from the youths simply by giving the youths an enabling environment to thrive.

Unfortunately, certain candidates remember the youths only for thuggery-related jobs whether physical or online. Their mindsets about governance are yet to change for good. Here are jagabandites busy sharing two cups of rice, instead of engaging youths and Nigerians in general in strategic meetings to learn how to serve the nation better. If Tinubu has a verifiable alma mater, let him go there and engage youths, and stop sharing one cup of rice and two cups of garri to the people. Indeed, PO has redefined campaign and governance in Nigeria.
