In answering this question posed by the above title, it is a “YES” that Nigeria can be transformed from being the poverty capital of the world to the real Giant of Africa. All dear country needs in attaining this enviable world class status is the right leadership. Singapore was once a poor nation, but today she is a rich and prosperous country because Singaporeans applied the right leadership by choosing late HE Mr Lee Kuan Yew.

So, going through Obi-Datti Manifesto, one is hugely convinced that the LP presidential candidate, HE Peter Obi and his vice, Dr. YD Baba-Ahmed are the right leadership we have been yearning for. The reason is not far-fetched. In their policy document entitled, “Our Pacts with Nigerians”, we see a passionate leadership confident of ending poverty and giving the lives of all Nigerians a meaning. Of course, the attainment of this is POssible through a simple method of engineering massive economic growth that will create jobs, grow incomes, build capacities and capabilities across the breadth of our socioeconomic divide.
